Boarding Pass: We'll strive to handle your online check-in and provide Boarding Passes for both international and national flights. Occasionally, airline restrictions may prevent us; we'll notify you in such cases.

Visa: We do not aid with visa applications. You're responsible for obtaining your visa before booking. Please notify our advisor of your visa and passport status beforehand. Passport Expiry Date: Your passport's expiry matters for seamless travel. Please keep it valid, for at least 6 months post-trip, to avoid disruptions.

Travel Insurance: Travel insurance safeguards your journey from unforeseen disruptions. From medical emergencies to trip cancellations, it's your safety net abroad. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance.

Currency: It's recommended to have some USD $ (widely accepted) and local currency. A credit card is also essential.

Clothes: Please check weather, type of holiday / function and other factors prior to travel.

Shoes: We recommend wearing comfortable shoes or trainers, as there might be walking involved at times.

Meal Requests: Please inform us of your meal preferences for flights and throughout the entire trip.

Seat Preference: Specify whether you prefer a window or aisle seat. Additional charges may apply for economy-class flights.

Double bed/ twin bed: We will make every effort to accommodate your request for a double bed or twin beds, but please understand that the final decision rests with the hotel, and we cannot guarantee it. Payment: You can pay us by BACS, card payment over the phone and online.
