Step 2 - Upon receiving your email inquiry, we'll provide a no-obligation quote with cost, hotel, and itinerary details, along with the required deposit. Discuss this with your group. We'll follow up for feedback and promotional material creation.

Step 3 - When ready to proceed, contact us, and we'll reserve hotel rooms as you collect deposits. We'll send booking and passenger info forms.

Step 4 - Return the signed Booking Form with a non-refundable deposit (25% for coach tours, 30-50% for flight tours) via bank transfer. For flight tours, provide passport names for confirmation.

Step 5 - We'll send a confirmation with cost breakdown and balance dates. Return Passenger Information forms between booking and balance dates.

Step 6 - We'll remind you of the balance date, gather missing details, and confirm final arrangements. After your trip, we welcome your feedback.
